For healthier people and planet – can you imagine a world without pollution?

The Zero Pollution Action Plan for air, water and soil will set out a vision for the zero pollution ambition in the wider context of the green transition. It will highlight the fact that reducing pollution goes hand in hand with achieving our climate neutrality and biodiversity objectives and will help to transform the EU into a clean and circular economy. But how will such a world without pollution look like? The opening session sets out the current challenges and future opportunities of zero pollution world. This will be put into the wider political context and will bring in other actors of society, namely cities and regions, sports personalities and artists to discuss how a zero pollution perspective affects positively all walks of life. The challenge to be solved during the “Gen-E Fights For Zero Pollution” hackathon will be revealed to the participating students.
