6.2 Governance of the Energy Union - how can cities contribute to the National Energy & Climate Plans?

In collaboration with the Directorate-General for Energy, European Commission

How can cities contribute to National Energy and Climate plans foreseen in the proposal for a Regulation on Governance of the Energy Union? In 2018, EU member states will be preparing their plans with objectives, targets, policies and measures to achieve the EU energy and climate targets. Some European cities are also preparing their own energy and climate plans. A panel consisting of stakeholders from cities, EU member states, and European Parliament will discuss how individual cities can contribute to the goals of the Energy Union, as well as sharing thoughts and ideas regarding the planning process.
