Circular Economy and the Law: Innovation, Policies and Regulation
Achieving a Circular economy is a challenge of increasing importance for businesses, citizens and consumers: innovators, policy-makers need to create a synergy linking environmental and economic performances. The conference aims to critically assess, in a law & economics policy oriented perspective: management of material flows; ways of tackling planned obsolescence – especially in the digital world. The conference is linked to the INNO4SD network (www.inno4sd.net) and the activities of the new UNIFE research centre CERCIS (Circular Economy, Innovation and SMEs).
