The objective of consolidating an integrating, prosperous, creative, sustainable and green city model has become a priority for the city of Alzira. Biosfira aims to favor behavioral changes towards more sustainable and respectful models for the environment, around issues such as organic food, local products, fair trade, green mobility, CO2 reduction, healthy living, renewable energies, ethical banking, ... As well as generate awareness so as not to waste resources, reuse everything that is possible, use technologies that respect the environment and the people and contribute to education and citizen action. For which, throughout the event, conferences and educational workshops will be held to promote this change of culture.

On the Biosfira website,  there is a calendar where everyone interested in participating can see which is the registration period for participation and find the form to fill out. The registration is free. You can participate in the programme of Biosfira 2019 by doing any of the four activities: BioPonencias (awareness talks), BioPeques (workshops for children), BioActuaciones (musica and animation) and/or BioTalleres (workshops). In addition, you can also participate as an exhibitor of products and/or services required in the participation bases. For the pre-selection, all the registrations will be taken into account, trying, in this way, that the different areas that make up Biosfira: organic farming; handicrafts, health and beauty; mobility; bioconstruction; associations, NGOs, official bodies; renewable energies and recycling, are equally represented.
